We're looking for a permanent Arts & Cultural Facilities Officer based at Flowerfield Arts Centre

Are you an experienced arts administrator/manager? Do you fancy working in a lovely environment in the coastal town of Portstewart?

We're looking for an Arts & Cultural Facilities Officer to join our team. The post is full-time and permanent.

You'll be assisting the Arts Services Development Manager in the management and development of Flowerfield Arts Centre including human, physical and financial resources to achieve the aims and objectives contained within our Cultural, Arts and Heritage Strategy.

You'll also develop, manage and deliver a multi-arts cultural programme, in line with the overall aims and objectives contained within the Cultural, Arts and Heritage Strategy, building and developing relationships with the cultural sector, locally, nationally and internationally. This includes contemporary exhibitions, live music, creative learning, film, talks, community arts programmes and other arts events as well as creating fabulous arts partnership activities with local voluntary and statutory agencies.

You'll be responsible for ensuring the effective day to day operation of the centre. This includes the management of operational staff and contracted artists/performers/tutors.
