Relax by Drawing a Picture of your Favourite Place!
Its Mental Health Awareness Week and are having an Arts and Wellness Week to highlight all the great benefits that art can have on your mental and physical health. Today we have a drawing activity for you - draw a picture of your favourite place. Drawing has some brilliant wellness benefits, it requires concentration and you can easily get lost in a painting or drawing for hours. This helps to create a meditative state that allows you to relax. Other benefits include:
