Neck and Shoulder Stretches
Welcome to our final week of Movement Month. We hope you are enjoying all of our activities to help you get creative with movement. Today we have another mini movement break for you that both kids and adults can join in with, gentle neck and shoulder stretches. Stretching is a great way to get moving gently, take some time for yourself and help you to relax. These stretches are great if you are working from home and spend lots of time looking at the computer as they will help to ease tension in your neck and allow you to relax.
Join Zoe Ramsey as she takes us through this gentle stretching sequence and get moving with us every day this June!
