Welcome to the Stay at Home Art Club! It's Mental Health Awareness week so all our arts activities this week are focusing on wellbeing. Today we are challenging you to create your own feel good playlist on Spotify or apple music! Music has wonderful wellbeing benefits including:
- Energising your mood
- Helping you relax
- Helping you to manage stress
Different types of music can have different affects on your mood. We want you to create a feel good playlist with all the songs that make you feel uplifted and happy so you can listen to it anytime you need a mood booster!
