Better Balance
It's Day 8 of our Movement Month and we are continuing our theme of balance this week with another mini movement break to help improve your balance and get you moving gently. This is a great movement video for both kids and adults to join in with so why not try it as a family and see who's balance is best!
Balance uses many muscles and can help build muscle around your joints to protect them. Practising balance also helps keep your mind sharp by improving your concentration, reaction time and co-ordination. It's all round good for you so take a break from working at home, home-schooling or the whatever is going on in your day and join in our better balance movement break!
