pictorial tour highlights: irish green street

Following on from his extremely popular presentation in October last year, Brian Mailey returns to the RVACC with his impressive collection of photographs of Limavady town. Featuring previously unseen street scenes as well as images of well known faces from the town, Brian will be focusing on Irish Green Street as well as the nearby Roe Mill Road and Connell Street. Born and bred in Limavady, Brian began to collect photographs of the town only recently, but has managed to amass an astonishing two thousand images over 18 months. From the earliest photographs in his collection dating to the late 1800s and early 1900s to more recent images of the town from the 1960s, this presentation of highlights from Brian’s collection should not be missed by anyone with an interest in the history of Limavady town.
