This stunning exhibition focuses on the oldest datable poem in Gaelic. Composed shortly after the death of Colm Cille in 597, the Amra is written in an archaic and abstruse form of Gaelic. Complimenting a publication featuring the poem, calligraphic and visual responses, this exhibition comprises of paintings by acclaimed Irish artist Brian Ferran alongside calligraphy by Scottish artist Donald Murray.
