calling all creatives…

Think Big, Think Creative!
Monday 30th July, 7pm
Roe Valley Arts & Cultural Centre

Do you have a creative talent that you’d love to take further? Roe Valley Arts & Cultural Centre is looking for creative people – makers, doers, thinkers, writers, musicians, designers, coders, performers, indeed anyone who has a talent that’s a little out of the ordinary.

You might have a special skill that you’d like to turn into a business. Or you could be thinking about making money from your own unique know-how.

The Arts Centre and Council are hosting a special get-together for anyone who fits into any of those categories above. No idea is too strange, no talent too weird. Fire jugglers and film makers, potters, painters and programmers, magicians and musicians – we’d like to hear from you.

The Council wants to develop a programme over the next two years which supports and develops talented people from all over the borough, from all walks of life. Even if you’ve already started your business, or have taken your idea further, come along anyway.

Paul Beattie, Development Services Manager with the Council said: “We know that there are a lot of talented people out there – working in music, arts or at home on the computer. We’d love to be able to put a programme of support together which can help them to develop over the next couple of years towards becoming a business.”

We know you’re out there – and we want to hear from you. The meeting will be in our Keenaught Suite on Monday 30th July from 7pm. You can let us know you’re coming by phoning 028 777 60650, or emailing paul.beattie@limavady.gov.uk and leaving your name; you can turn up on the night too. No props necessary, just bring yourself!
